Managing Partner:

At Texas Roadhouse® our Managing Partners manage store operations through Passion, Partnership, Integrity and FUN!

With our Core Values as their guide a Managing Partner will have true ownership in Texas Roadhouse®. They are responsible for overseeing all operations from our Legendary Service to our Legendary Scratched-Based Food. Each new Managing Partner receives a base salary of $45,000 a year and 10% of the net income of their restaurant. Our average annual compensation for a Managing Partner exceeds $100,000!

-  Managing Partners are required to enter into an employment agreement with Texas Roadhouse®

Kitchen Manager:

A Kitchen Manager manages the back of house (BOH) with a commitment to Legendary Scratch-Based Food.  Unlike other concepts which use potatoes from a bag and entrées prepared in microwaves, each Texas Roadhouse® kitchen is stocked with hand-cut steaks, fall-off-the-bone ribs and made from scratch dressings and sides.  As a Texas Roadhouse® Kitchen Manager, you will have the opportunity to empower your staff through recipe awareness, commitment to quality excellence and FUN!

Service Manager:

Texas Roadhouse® Service Managers manage the front of house (FOH) operations through Legendary Service, Guest Focus and FUN! As a Service Manager you’ll have the opportunity to use your gift of gab to WOW guests while ensuring guest satisfaction through 100% table visitation. The Texas Roadhouse® Service Manager makes sure that all FOH staff provides Legendary Service to every guest with a little Line Dancing mixed in for extra fun!
