Mark is the newest member of our Management Team! Prior to jumping on board with Texas Roadhouse, he was General Manager of Friday’s and the Food and Beverage Director at a golf resort in Arizona. He also spent six years building and running night clubs in Boston. We are now thrilled to have him here in Columbia, SC. His personal motto is to, "Live everyday to its fullest, tomorrow might never come."
"Nothing ever comes to one except as a result of hard work." Isn’t that the truth. Scott came on board with the Roadhouse almost four years ago. He worked in the kitchen in Gainesville, GA as the Point, Broil, and Fry Cook. He was promoted to Kitchen Manager two years ago. His favorite hobby is golf.

John has been with Texas Roadhouse for five and a half years. He started his career as a part time server, then part time Bartender to full time Bartender. Then he moved to assistant Front of House Manager and for the last three and a half years he has been a Service Manager. He started out in Greenville SC, then transferred to open the Harbison store and is now with us at our location here on Two Notch Rd. John lives day to day believing that, "You make a living by what you get, you make a life by what you give."

We had 62 members of the 63 Bravo Lightwheel Mechanic Squad from Fort Jackson here in Kid’s Night! Three of the guys ate our new 2 pound steaks! They are Andrew Taylor from Colorado, Clayton Carroll from California, and Steve Forbes from Michigan!
This is Rick who frequently dines here with his family. They are big fans of our cold Coronas and Hand-Cut Steaks!
Joseph Keels Elementary School recently hosted a Spaghetti Dinner and Andy Armadillo showed up to hand out bags of peanuts! Texas Roadhouse supported the spaghetti Dinner by donating silverware!
Texas Roadhouse’s Andy Armadillo was recently spotted at Forest Lake Elementary! He had a blast playing with the kids!
We recently participated at a charity golf tournament held in Fort Jackson to benefit the local Veteran’s Hospital. Mark and Scott were there cooking up our Legendary Ribs!
