Every night is "Pick Your Own Steak Night", where you can pick out any steak in our meat display case* and we'll smother it with mushroom, onions and your choice of jack cheese or gravy for FREE! And for the brave at heart and the big in stomach, if you order and finish a 32 oz. Sirloin, we'll give you a free T-Shirt! Dave is in the midst of his fifth year with Texas Roadhouse and has spent over 20 years in the restaurant industry. After spending some time as a Kitchen Manager for the Texas Roadhouse in Richmond, VA, Dave was given the opportunity to manage his own store here in Christiansburg. "I value the opportunity to serve the people of this community." Speaking of this opportunity, Dave said, "For me, the idea of Legendary Food and Legendary Service is something I truly believe in and it is my goal as Managing Partner to ensure that every guest that enters my building is experiencing this Legendary atmosphere."
While not at the restaurant, Dave enjoys spending time with his better half, Cassie, his son Kilen, and daughter Lauren. Dave also enjoys playing pool and ping-pong, along with many outdoor activities such as swimming, football, and fishing.
Joe has been with the Roadhouse now for a little over a year. He brings with him over11 years of experience in the restaurant business. "Every Texas Roadhouse I've been to I have seen that the staff and management genuinely cares about every guest that walks in the building and wants each guest to truly experience the Legendary food and atmosphere they strive to promote. This location is no different and I am really excited to be a part of it."
When Joe is not at the restaurant, you can find him watching or playing football, or spending time with his wife, Cari, son, Jacob, and daughter Annaliese Grace.
Frankie has been with the Christiansburg Texas Roadhouse since day one. He began as a Meat Cutter, and then moved on to Key, Training Coordinator, and now to an Assistant Kitchen Manager. His goal is to one day be a Managing Partner like his mentor, Dave Fitzgerald. Frankie has lived in the New River Valley area all his life, and has 14 years of experience in the restaurant business. “Some people have a job, I have two families!" When Frankie is not living and breathing Legendary Food and Service, he’s spending time with his 2 year old son Wyatt, and girlfriend Angela.
Cassie started years ago with Texas Roadhouse as a Bartender for the Lynchburg Texas Roadhouse location. In Lynchburg she was offered a position to open the Christiansburg store as a head bartender. It was here she got the opportunity to become the Legendary Store Marketer and help build relationships within the community! As well as being heavily involved in the community by forming new friendships and partnerships with the local businesses, she likes to establish person-to-person relationships between herself and the 'Legendary' Roadhouse guests.
While not out building new friendships within the community, you can find Cassie spending time with her son Kilen. She loves to watch movies, read, as well as shop, her favorite past-time!

We are both very excited about the new partnership, and can't wait for the 2007 season to start!
