Wes has been in the restaurant industry almost his entire working career. He started with Texas Roadhouse in February, 2002 and hasn’t looked back since. He worked at the Davenport, IA location until Appleton, WI started to break ground. Wes packed up his wife, Chris and their daughter, Schyler to relocate to Wisconsin. He really enjoys the friendly people of Wisconsin and loves the outdoor activities-primarily fishing! Wes loves everything about the Roadhouse from the quality made-from-scratch food, to his legendary staff, to all the loyal ROADIES that walk into his restaurant daily. He knows that when you visit the Appleton Texas Roadhouse you will become a ROADIE also. See you soon!
My name is Amanda, and I’ve been having a blast here since we opened in May of 2003! I began as a Server and have kept on going; falling more and more in love with our fun atmosphere, all the amazing people- staff and guests, and did I mention that I’m addicted to our Fall-Off-The-Bone Ribs and the Hand-Cut Dallas Filet? I’m definitely hooked on Texas Roadhouse, and I love being a part of the family here! I was promoted to management in February of 2005, and I really enjoy being able to help share our passion and pride with y’all through LEGENDARY FOOD and LEGENDARY SERVICE… In fact, next time you’re in, I’d love to talk with you or even have y’all join myself and the “Roadies” for a Legendary Line Dance or a big-ol’ “Texas-style Yee-Hah!” When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, riding my horses, and I LOVE all things musical!
