Eddie is originally from Killeen, TX. He started with the Roadhouse in 1998 as a Server, Bartender, Key Hourly, Service Manager, and then Kitchen Manager. He loves being able to develop his employees and the family environment at Texas Roadhouse. He likes fishing, sports and reading. He’s favorite college team is the Texas Longhorns.
Originally from Corpus Christy, TX, Mike has been a Roadie since 2001. He started as a Server and ASM before taking over the Service Manager position. He loves coming to work because it's like his second family. He is expecting a new member to his family soon and has a wonderful wife and 4 children. His favorite hobby is to ride his motorcycle. He’s favorite college team is the Texas Longhorns.

I was born in Dallas, Texas twenty-five years ago and began working for Roadhouse in Killeen, Texas. I started my career as a fry cook and slowly worked myself up through the ranks. I’ve been with the company for about six and a half years and I’m now the Kitchen Manager in Brownsville.

Yuri was born in Matamoros, Mexico, and has been a Roadie since 2003. Yuri started as Server and Bartender, and loves the wonderful culture we spread to our community. Yuri loves to dance and meet people in our community!
