Erin has been with Texas Roadhouse for 5 out of the 8 years that she’s been in the restaurant industry. She started out as a Server, Bartender, and Front of House Coordinator in Boise, ID. She then transferred to Arvada, CO to be the Front of House Coordinator. Erin loves spending time with her husband, Mike, and daughter, Brenna. They also have another baby on the way! She also enjoys volleyball and skiing.

Texas Roadhouse loves to give back to the community! What better way than to be involved with Polive Training! Well, not really, but we served them lunch!
On Sunday, August 1st, a team from Texas Roadhouse here in Littleton joined up with the Highlands Ranch King Soopers to raise money for the construction of a new Children’s Hospital! In a 6 hour period, we were able to sell over 110 full slabs of ribs with all proceeded going to the hospital! We were very pleased with the success of this event, and are very proud to have been part of such a wonderful cause. Thanks to everyone who came out to contribute!
