Need the perfect place for lunch? Texas Roadhouse will open just for you. If you have at least 10 people, we will open our doors with a limited menu to hold a private lunch. This service is offered Monday - Thursday, please allow five days notice.
My name is Rob Archer and I am the Managing Partner for the new Texas Roadhouse in Longmont, Colorado. I started in the restaurant business back in 1985 while still in high school in Memphis, Tennessee. After graduating from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, I started an eleven year career with Bennigan’s Restaurant. My wife, two daughters, and I traveled all over the Southeast for Bennigan’s. I opened new stores in Arkansas and Central Texas. In October 2002, I began talking to Texas Roadhouse and we were able to put the deal together in Longmont. I am truly excited to be working for Texas Roadhouse and involved with the Longmont community.
This is an awesome part of the country and we are very excited to be here! When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two daughters as well as enjoying the outdoors. I love to hunt, fish, hike, mountain bike, and camp. If there is anything that I can do for you, please let me know. I look forward to meeting you.
I have been with Texas Roadhouse since May 2004 when we opened. Since then, I have spent my time as a Server, Bartender, and Trainer. In January 2006, I was promoted to Assistant Service Manager. I am currently enrolled at Colorado State University studying elementary education. My plans are to become a teacher after graduation in 2008. I look forward to seeing you in the near future.

Texas Roadhouse and the Left Handed Brewery teamd up to help Tiny Tim here in Longmont. The dinner and beer tasting was a huge event! Everyone had lots of fun while helping out this awesome charity!

Texas Roadhouse recently joined up with Meals on Wheels to do a fundraiser for the Longmont Chapter ofthe Organization. Rob was extremely excited to hand over this check to Carla with Meals on Wheels!
The 8th grade class from the Twin Peaks Charter Academy is going to D.C. this year. Texas Roadhouse sponsored a school night for them to help them raise money for their trip. Check out Laura Archer handing the check over. Texas Roadhouse loves helping out the community and hopes all of these students have a Legendary Time!
