Employee development is essential to keep our crew moving forward. That is why we reward our employee/students with incentives to achieve great grades. After every semester anyone that excels with a 3.5 Grade Point Average or better will receive an extra reward (besides the gift of an education) provided by the Texas Roadhouse.

Just give us a call and we’ll add your name to the wait list, make sure to let us know of any special needs. Write down your arrival time and confirmation number to bring with you. Once your entire party has arrived at Texas Roadhouse, check in at the host stand and we’ll give you the wait time remaining.
Call Ahead Seating is not a reservation, but it’s a great way to shorten your wait time in the restaurant.
You can also check us out live and local with the number one hit station 103.3 KISS FM. It’s a little thing we like to call “Ribs on the run”. Texas Roadhouse invades an office and cooks up our award winning ribs for everyone to enjoy!
Our annual Golf Tournament at Eagle Hills is a celebration with Texas Roadhouse Partners, Vendors and local friends. The tournament raises money for Andy's Outreach, a charity created by Roadies, for Roadies. Andy's Outreach helps Texas Roadhouse employees who need assistance.

PJ has been part of our Texas Roadhouse team since 1999. He enjoys his leadership role on a team that is commited to Legendary Food and Legendary Service. PJ and wife Cassie have three wonderful kids.
Nick has been with Texas Roadhouse since October 1999. We are excited to have Nick and Heather back in Boise and look forward to Nick's experience and leadership.
Steve has been part of the Team Boise family for over four years. He started as a service assistant and has earned his leadership role in the front of the house. We look forward to Steve’s continued success.

Team Boise's Molly Conein was the VIP liaison at Willie's concert in Sun Valley. Congrats to a few Roadhouse regulars and contest winners, Doug & Stevie Beehler with Butch Otter, who got to hang with Willie before the concert.
We are very proud to be an annual host sponsor for the MDA lock up. Our annual event has raised over $300,000 for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
This year's Server Assistant & Hostess Olympic games were not without its fair share of excitement, and defeat. The younger and zippier Team Tony defeated the favored team, Team Talich. It’s an annual event that all hostesses and S.A.’s look forward to year after year. Just another reason why Texas Roadhouse Boise is the Restaurant employer of choice. Team Boise rolled into the neighborhood of Linda Henry and surprised her with a new Broilmaster grill. Linda was the winner of our Ribfest grand prize drawing. Congratulations to Linda and her family and enjoy your new grill courtesy of your friends at Texas Roadhouse.
Texas Roadhouse invited local elementary schools to come in and tour the restaurant. Everyone had a great time including the staff!
