If you are looking for ways to raise funds, the Richmond Roadies recommend that you begin by “Working for Peanuts!”  The working for peanuts program is a simple and effective way to raise dollars and get community support!  We are happy to provide a case of peanuts that are bagged with a free app and a thank you note stapled to it.  Your organization then sells them to the community for $2 dollars per bag and keeps 100% of the profit!! So the next time you are looking for an easy and convenient way to fundraise . . . may we suggest that  you roll up their sleeves and “Work for Peanuts!” 

The art to meat cutting is alive and well at Texas Roadhouse and it all starts with Jose Lemus! Jose is one of our most valued employees, after all the success of our company literally lies in his hands! Jose is responsible for hand cutting with pride, every steak that is served to our guests. You can see his masterpieces displayed in our meat display case. In fact, you have the ability to “Pick Your Own Steak.” Choose from our ribeyes (known for their flavor) our filets (most tender cut of steak) or a leaner cut of steak, the sirloin. A guest once said that his filet was “as tender as a mother's love.” It doesn’t get any better than that!

Texas Roadhouse appreciates the hard work, dedication, and commitment of schools and teachers and recognizes the importance of the role that they play in educating our children. We would love to become Partners in Education with the schools in our community. We are able to provide Read 'em up and Eat 'em up cards for reading achievement as well as certificates of achievement both of which are accompanied with a FREE kids meal. We would like to recognize and show appreciation to your teachers of the month. We can have Andy the Armadillo and his team come out to your school event for face painting, line dance lesson or even to read during story time to your class. Allow us to set up a kids fun station complete with face painting, balloons, our 8ft mascot Andy the Armadillo and even line dancing. Looking for Legendary Food at your event? The Texas Roadhouse Roadies partnered with the local rescue squad, sheriffs department and both the Police and Fire departments to create awareness of Family Day!  Family Day encourages families to dine together since research and statistics show that the children of families who dine together show lower incidence of substance abuse.  Guests signed pledge cards committing to dine with their families at home or in their favorite restaurant!

The disaster has long been over, but the need for assistance still is great and the Texas Roadhouse Roadies are always willing to give a Helping Hand!  All of the Texas Roadhouse Managing Partners across the nation (together with vendors and the Marines) came together in Laguna Beach California.  The mission was to complete the framing of homes to be sent to New Orleans. Team Virginia worked hard and banned together to complete the task at hand.  We are happy to be a part of a company so committed to giving back to the community, happy to roll up our sleeves in a time of need . . . happy to always lend a Helping Hand! Needless to say, “Mission Accomplished!”
