Once your entire party has arrived at Texas Roadhouse, check in at the host stand and we’ll give you the wait time remaining.

Call Ahead Seating is not a reservation, but it’s a great way to shorten your wait time in the restaurant.

Jason Fletcher

Managing Partner
Jason joined the Texas Roadhouse team in July of 2004, and he has been in the restaurant industry for almost 15 years. He has held just about every position possible for his previous employers. From dishing ice cream, flipping burgers and making pies to General Manager, he has done it all. When he is not knee deep in steaks and BBQ sauce, Jason likes to play drums and tennis and has been known to shank a few golf balls if the weather is right.


When you see him, make sure you ask Jason about the night he scored 4 touchdowns as fullback for Polk High.

Matthew Koliba

Service Manager
Matt joined the Texas Roadhouse team as a Bar Manager with the opening of the Elk Grove location in 2005. He has since taken on the responsibility of Service Manager in Elk Grove. Being a true SoCal boy at heart, Matt loves spending time on the beach and wakeboarding; but that never stops him from enjoying the cooler side of life snowboarding and playing hockey… Go Red Wings!

Jason Parker

Kitchen Manager
Jason Parker has been in the restaurant business since 1998 and has since worked his way up from Server, to Bartender, to Bar Coordinator, Service Manger, and now Kitchen Manager. Jason joined Texas Roadhouse in November 2005 because he said he wanted to be with the best steakhouse in town. When not in the restaurant, you can be sure to find him on the baseball diamond; a sport he has played from Pee-Wee to Semi-Pro. It is his sports background that drives him to be the best. “Whoever said, 'It's not whether you win or lose that counts,' probably lost.” Jason also has two young boys, who share the same commitment to success as their father.

Summer Purcell

Assistant Service Manager

Since joining the Texas Roadhouse team in 2005, Summer has worn many different hats. She began as a Server, working her way up to Table Toucher, Office Administrator, Legendary Store Marketer, and Asst. Service Manager. As the LSM for the last two years, you may have seen Summer around town delivering bread to local schools and businesses, or coordinating catering for local fundraising events.

When she is not busy with her Roadhouse family, Summer loves to spend time with her own family, especially her beautiful little girl.

Miguel Ibarra

Assistant Kitchen Manager

Miguel joined Texas Roadhouse in 2005 as a Broil Cook, and has since grown to be a valuable asset to the Elk Grove team.   He is a strong leader and role model in the Kitchen. His work ethic and commitment to providing Legendary Food to the guests of Texas Roadhouse have been exemplified in his role as Assistant Kitchen Manager.
