Fresh Baked Bread Cooking Instructions
1. Pull dough out of refrigerator and allow it to warm up to room temperature before baking.
2. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
3. Lightly brush baking tray with margarine.
4. Arrange cut dough on tray, spacing them inches apart.
5. Bake for 4 minutes.
6. Rotate tray 1/2 turn.
7. Bake another 4-6 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Remove from oven and lightly brush with melted butter or margarine while bread is hot.
9. Serve immediately.

Shane graduated from Kingwood High School in 1989, so when the opportunity to open a Texas Roadhouse in Kingwood came along he jumped at the chance. Shane enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, Ronan and Quinn, playing Rock Band and running with his dog.
Robert Lindemann
Kitchen Manager
Robert is originally from San Antonio, Texas, but is now happy to call Houston home. Robert is definitely the quietest member of the management team, but don’t be fooled, he is always ready to talk about our Legendary steaks.
Jefferson Oliveira
Service Manager
Jefferson is from Houston, Texas and has worked for Texas Roadhouse since April of 2006. He has been in the industry for a little over 13 years. He is huge Rockets, Astros, Texans and Dynamo fan, as well as a Metallica fanatic.
Deirdre Keeler

Deirdre loves working with her husband Shane! She is the only member of the team who gets to work regular office hours, so be sure to call Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm to ask about catering, fundraisers, kids tours or school partnerships.
