Denis is an East Knoxville native, the proud father of two, and the granfather of one. He has been in restaurant management for over thirty years. He's been with the Roadhouse since 1999, as a Managing Partner since 2001.
When not at the Roadhouse, Denis enjoys camping and spending time with his daughter and granddaughter.

Service Manager
Shawn has been a Knoxville resident since 1988. He has been married since 2003, and is the proud father of two beautiful daughters. He has been in the restaurant business for many years and with Texas Roadhouse since 2007. When not working, Shawn likes taking his kids to the park and getting ice cream with them afterwards.
Everett Crum
Assistant Kitchen Manager
Everette was born and raised in Newport, TN, and has been in the restaurant business since 1997. He moved to Knoxville in 1999, and is happily married with 3 step-sons. He started his career with Texas Roadhouse in 2000 as a Fry Cook before working his way up to Assistant Kitchen Manager in 2006. When he is not working he enjoys watching Nascar Races and going camping with family and friends.
