Nick Smith
Kitchen Manager
Nick has been with Texas Roadhouse since October, 1999. He quickly earned the respect of everyone and was promoted to Assistant Kitchen Manger. In 2003, he took the Kitchen Manager position in Billings, Montana but is now back in Boise. We are excited to have Nick, his wife Heather (who you may also see in house on any given night) and two children, Braiden and Brenna, back on our team. We truly value Nick's experience and leadership.

Steve has been part of the Team Boise family since August of 2001. He started as a service assistant and has earned his leadership role in the front of the house. We look forward to Steve’s continued success.
