Lynda Kay Hibschman

Managing Partner
Lynda has been in the restaurant industry since 1995, and a member of the Texas Roadhouse family since 1996. Before assuming the role as Managing Partner of the Evansville, IN restaurant, she honed her skills primarily at the Terre Haute Texas Roadhouse serving in various positions including server, bartender, trainer, and service manager. It’s safe to say she knows the Texas Roadhouse business inside and out!

When not in the restaurant, Lynda enjoys spending time outdoors with her son, Jantz, her family, friends and her assortment of animals. She likes to travel, read, watch movies, and work on her home in Illinois. Her favorite teams are the Indianapolis Colts, Dallas Cowboys, Indiana Pacers and IU basketball.

Lynda is extremely proud of her recent awards including, Service Manager of the Year Runner Up in 2003 and Service Manager of the Quarter Runner Up for the 1st quarter of 2004. Not to mention she received the Managing Partner Up & Comer Award in 2004, plus being nominated for Managing Partner of the Year in 2006 and Managing Partner of the Year Finalist in 2008!

Rod Patmore

Kitchen Manager
Rod has been in the restaurant industry for twelve years. He began his career with Texas Roadhouse as a Meat Cutter and Key Hourly in 2002. He assumed the position of Kitchen Manager in 2003.

Rod enjoys spending time with his two daughters, Madison & Konner. His favorite football team is the Indianapolis Colts and his number one goal within our restaurant is developing his team members.

Rod is an award winning team member as he was recently named Employee of the Month and Kitchen Manager of the Quarter Runner Up for the 3rd quarter of 2004. During the 2nd Quarter of 2006 he was named Kitchen Manager of the Quarter!  Rod was also nominated for Kitchen Manage of the Year in 2004,2006, and 2008!

Brad Maglinger

Service Manager

Brad started with Texas Roadhouse in 2001 at the Owensboro, KY, store as a Legendary Server.  He then transferred to the Evansville store when going to college in 2002.  He was voted in the top 10 servers by the management team two quarters in a row.  He then became a Legendary Trainer to set the standard.  In 2006 he was promoted to a Bartender and then to the FOH Coordinator in the same year.  Brad took the Service Manager position in 2007 and has been keeping it Legendary ever since.  He is also one of the original members of the Bubba Rolling Stones.

Outside of work Brad likes to spend time with his family and friends.  He loves to attend concerts, car shows, travel, and anything that involves a smile.  His favorite teams are the Kentucky Wildcats, and the Indianapolis Colts.

Brad was recently was honored as a Service Manager of the Year Finalist in 2008!

Dallas Cary

Legendary Store Marketer

Dallas has been in the restaurant industry for twenty-seven years, between serving, kitchen work, catering, and management.  She began her career with Texas Roadhouse in June of 2007 as a legendary server and was awarded employee of the month by October. As of April of 2009, adding the position of Legendary Store Marketer, as well as server to her accomplishments.  She is generally referred to as Mom by everyone, since both of her children are servers as well.  

On down time away from the store, Dallas enjoys spending time with her family and her five dogs and two cats.  Having grill outs with friends and family and playing corn hole. Her favorite teams are St. Louis Rams, Indianapolis Colts, St. Louis Cardinals, Indiana Pacers, and IU basketball.
