Managing Partner
Gina has been with Texas Roadhouse since January of 1996. After graduating from Michigan State University with a restaurant management degree, Gina worked with several different restaurant chains before jumping on board with Texas Roadhouse as a Managing Partner.

Kim Lind

Service Manager

Kim began her career with Texas Roadhouse in September of 1997 as a server, and within 3 months was asked to be the bartender. She was soon promoted to be the Bar Manager and Front of House Coordinator. In July of 2001 Kim moved up to be the Service Manager. She believes that, "Texas Roadhouse is the greatest company to work for. We are all one big family. I have now worked here for 5 years and I’m still loving it!"

Matt Williams

Kitchen Manager

Hi! My name is Matt Williams and I am the Kitchen Manager at Lou 1. I started at this location in 1999 as a Line Cook. In 2001 I became a Kitchen Coordinator , was promoted to Assistant Kitchen Manager in 2002 and then on to Kitchen Manager in 2004. I love the culture and the atmosphere of the restaurant and I still look forward to coming to work everday! My biggest goal is to continue the traditions and surpass the goals that our GM, Gina Tobin, has set for me. Texas Roadhouse is THE place to grow with and pursue a career in the hospitality industry. It truly is "Legendary".
