The PIN number can be found on the back of the gift card underneath the scratch off panel. Please peel/scratch the silver box with black wavy lines. Do not use a knife or sharp object; it can damage the number. If you still need help, please call our Guest Relations Team 1(800)839-7623.
As stated on the back of your gift card, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards, but we want to help as much as possible. Please us the contact us form HERE and select “Gift cards” under “What’s going on.” Please ensure all fields & proof of payment are provided so we can better assist.
Currently, we are experiencing long delays in order processing and shipping. Additionally, gift cards ordered with USPS shipping do not have a tracking number. To ensure that your gift card reaches the recipient in a timely manner, please consider sending an electronic gift card.

All bonus gift cards are sent digitally to your email address when you place a qualifying purchase during a gift card promotion. Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. Our gift card emails are sent from the following address: [email protected]. If you received a bonus card from a location from a gift card purchase, please check with the location directly.
Not in most cases. Some jurisdictions require that a gift card must be redeemed for cash, upon a customer’s request, when the gift card balance equals or is less than a certain threshold. Jurisdictions where gift cards may be redeemed for cash include, but are not limited to:
- California less than $15
- Colorado less than or equal to $5
- Connecticut less than $5
- Hawaii less than $5
- Maine less than $5
- Massachusetts if you have spent 90% of the face value
- Montana less than $5
- New Jersey less than $5
- New York less than $5
- Oregon less than $5
- Puerto Rico less than $5
- Rhode Island less than $1
- Texas less than $2.50
- Vermont less than $1
- Washington less than $5
