Texas Roadhouse Scratch-Off Sweepstakes

ELIGIBILITY: The Texas Roadhouse Scratch-Off Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins and ends on the dates specified in promotional documents. The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Participants must be able to provide valid identification in order to enter and/or claim the prize. Void outside of the United States and where prohibited. Employees, directors, and officers of Texas Roadhouse, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and any parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, prize suppliers, and any vendors providing products or services in connection with this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sponsor Affiliates”), and their immediate families (i.e., grandparents, parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible to enter. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Scratch-off tickets will be randomly handed out to customers at the Texas Roadhouse restaurant. Every scratch-off ticket will contain one of the Prizes described on the ticket. No purchase is necessary to enter. By participating, you agree to the terms and conditions contained in these Official Rules.
RULES ON SCRATCH-OFF TICKETS: All statements, terms, and conditions printed on Sweepstakes scratch-off tickets are hereby incorporated by reference into these Official Rules as if they were specifically stated verbatim herein.
LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON: Participation in the Sweepstakes is limited to one (1) scratch-off ticket per person. Sponsor shall not be responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled scratch-off tickets, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. Each scratch-off ticket may only be used one time and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions, prizes, or discounts. Scratch-off tickets may only be used and redeemed at the Texas Roadhouse restaurant that handed out the ticket – scratch-off tickets are not valid at any other restaurant.
PRIZE: Prizes include items listed on the scratch-off ticket and/or other Sweepstakes promotional materials. Odds of winning any particular item are stated on the scratch-off ticket.
PRIZE REDEMPTION: Every scratch-off ticket will reveal one of the Prizes listed on the ticket. In order to redeem the Prize, the Participant must present the scratch-off ticket to a Texas Roadhouse manager. The manager will present Winner with a coupon for the Prize. Redemption and used of that coupon is governed by the terms set forth on that coupon.
NOTIFICATION: Because all scratch-off tickets contain one of the Prizes listed on the ticket, Participants will be notified of their Prize at the time they scratch off the ticket and reveal the Prize.
NO WARRANTY: All prizes are awarded “AS IS”. Sponsor makes no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize. Prizes consist only of the items listed, are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Federal, state, or local taxes on prizes, if any, and any other costs, fees or expenses not listed above are the sole responsibility of the winner.
NO LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION: Sponsor and Sponsor Affiliates are not responsible for and Participant releases each from any failures of any kind (whether caused by computer, technical, or human error) which may either limit the Participant’s ability to submit an entry, claim a prize, or otherwise participate in this Sweepstakes, or Sponsor’s ability to include all eligible entries, conduct random drawings, notify potential winners, or otherwise execute this Sweepstakes in the manner intended. Participants further release and agree to indemnify Sponsor and Sponsor Affiliates from any and all liability, claims, actions, loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may be sustained in connection with this Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to: (a) the receipt, ownership or use or misuse of any prize awarded; (b) participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity; (c) any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action; (d) any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or any other materials disseminated by Sponsor; and (e) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers used by a Participant or Sponsor. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL PARTICIPANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.
OTHER TERMS: Decisions of Sponsor on all matters related to the Sweepstakes are final. Sponsor reserves the right to extend, cancel or modify the Sweepstakes for any reason, including but not limited to, if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes, or if a computer virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these Official Rules.
